An excellent instrument, it features a spruce top and meranti back and sides. The neck is nato wood topped by a rosewood fingerboard. The tuners are open-style chrome. Includes case, adjustable strap, extra set of strings, Qwik Tune digital tuner, protective guitar polish, oversized polishing cloth, heavy-duty string winder, Guitar Basics video with chord chart, assortment of 4 picks (different gauges), and a flannel storage pouch for holding all your guitar care products.
As a beginner guitar, it's is a pretty good buy, especially for the price.
It has a good, full sound, and there are some "sweet spots" on the neck where
the tone is actually OK. The standard strings are far too thin
and airy for my choice (super lightweight) however, a new set of thicker strings
defineatly improved the sound. As for the guitar itself, it seems to stay tuned for a while as long as you don't
bang it around.

The Lowdown: Excellent starter guitar, good quality, very good value. It won't fall apart after six months of use. It has a good finish, and retains its shine and deep color with minimal maintenance. Nice, full sound for a less expensive guitar.
